Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases from iStation Pro. Please read the following details carefully:

Returns: You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product, provided that the item is in excellent condition and placed back in its original box. Please be aware that refunds will not be granted if the product, original packaging, or accessories are damaged.

To initiate the return process, please send an email to support@istationpro.com. We kindly request you to attach a photo or video clearly showing the product and its original box so that we can assess their condition.

Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide you with the return address. It is essential that you share the return tracking number with us, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages during transit.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It's important to note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incompatibility Issues: We advise you to check the compatibility section before making a purchase to ensure your devices are equipped with wireless charging capabilities.

Please verify if your AirPods come with a wireless charging case before making a purchase.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Warranty: At iStation Pro, we have confidence in the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on all of our wireless chargers. If your charger experiences issues due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, please contact us at support@istationpro.com, and we will gladly replace the defective item with a new one at no cost to you.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@istationpro.com to request a replacement.
  2. Record a video that clearly demonstrates the product's malfunction. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and should clearly highlight the issue with the product.
  3. Ship the defective product back to our warehouse using the return address provided to you.

Please be aware that the warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, theft, damages, or faults caused by product tampering or the use of third-party accessories, or use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
